LEGO Classic Town 6627 Cabriolet / Convertible from 1980!
Very old, very small set here, about as basic as you can get for a vehicle offering -- the car doesn't even have a roof!
I've always loved the set, one of the first minifigs I got as a kid. There's even a pimped version in the Train Ideas Book 7777 on page 8/9.
