Here's the largest of the kart racing sub-theme sets to grace the Friends line this season. Almost none of my viewers want to see anything Friends related, but I still like checking out some of the sets, myself!

LEGO Friends The Big Race Day 41352 review
Here's the largest of the kart racing sub-theme sets to grace the Friends line this season. Almost none of my viewers want to see anything Friends related, but I still like checking out some of the sets, myself!

LEGO Friends Drifting Diner 41349 set review
Eyyy I haven't forgotten about LEGO Friends! I have to dramatically cut back on my coverage of the line (and its offshoots) due to:
- YouTube's aggressively antagonistic algorithms that ruthlessly punish not only videos that under-perform relative to others on a given channel, but other videos that follow as well.
- The overwhelming volume of products LEGO now releases every year, forcing me to either work an unhealthy amount and review everything, or be selective and live a manageable life.
- A personal lack of interest in many of the past year's Friends & Elves sets.
At least #3 has been pushed to the side now with the new racing-themed lineup, so while being mindful of #2 I have decided to review at least a couple of the latest Friends products, maybe more if I get the chance.

LEGO Friends 41325 Heartlake City Playground review
The social media popularity contest that is LEGO Ideas has produced a good number of compelling sets, but to date not a lot of real toys, like for kids. UK LEGO Friends team to the rescue! A set contest was run last year, open only to kids 6-12 years old, and the winning entry was used as the starting point to create... this!

LEGO Friends Heartlake Frozen Yogurt Shop review 41320
This is an eye-catching set, for better or worse, with a delicious premise. I'm not sure it fully delivers on its potential, though.

LEGO Disney Cinderella's Enchanted Evening review 41146
It's hard to believe it has been almost 4 years since I reviewed the last version of this set, back when I was still a total newbie with a poor handle on audio EQ and hadn't yet figured out how to film white sets against a white background :)

LEGO Friends Sunshine Catamaran review 41317
This season it's readily apparent in the numbers that fans of LEGO Friends have migrated away to more girl-focused channels, but I will continue to review products from the "pink aisle" that I find interesting. For example, this catamaran here, surprisingly, is one of the more spacious and playable boats LEGO has ever made, period. It's a really good toy.

LEGO Friends Heartlake Hospital review 41318
LEGO City may not receive medical services builds very frequently, but Friends here has tried to take up the slack with a substantial structure.

LEGO Friends Tic-Tac-Toe polybag 40265 review
It's an epic battle between the cute little bunny rabbits and the cute little hamsters with magenta noses & smiles. Such a risque theme for morally conservative The LEGO Group!

LEGO Elves Aira's Airship & the Amulet Chase review! 41184
Here's another representative from LEGO's favorite theme for introducing new parts & part/color combinations!

LEGO Friends Heartlake Pizzeria review - 41311
I've not forgotten about LEGO Friends! Due to the overwhelming quantity of new sets LEGO is producing every season, my short run of covering practically every set in every theme can no longer continue, but I do remain committed to diversity in my reviews.

LEGO Friends Stephanie's House review
New Friends house, and once again it's not too pink! This is a good thing, as is that beautiful bay window...

LEGO Disney Elsa's Magical Ice Palace review
It's Elsa's Sparkling Ice Castle, part 2! The top-selling set of 2015 shocked many folks with its retail success, and this Winter LEGO has already made a new version of the same thing, but now with over twice the complexity and, if you ask me, significantly better results.

LEGO DC Super Hero Girls: Super Hero High School review 41232
It's LEGO Friends meets DC Super Heroes in a surprisingly good (and accurate!) crossing of styles. I don't plan to cover this entire series, but I wanted offer up a reasonable look at the theme and offer my thoughts on the flagship playset for those interested.

LEGO Elves Dragon Sanctuary review! 41178
The "Sanctuary" part of this set has a lot small colorful elements, but the entire structure is definitely smaller than I'd prefer. The dragon, on the other hand, is one of the larger in the theme.

LEGO Elves Ragana's Magic Shadow Castle review! 41180
Finally got through the biggest Elves structure set of the season, and now there just remain a couple more sets to cover before I can finally bring together all of the dragons & dragon eggs at once.

All LEGO Friends Amusement Park sets together!
I've been waiting for months to do this, and finally I get to see (and show) all of the LEGO Friends Amusement Park sub-theme sets and their components all laid out together. It needs some extra parts around the edges to make it look more real & grounded, with some fences, trees, benches, etc. Oh, and people, it needs more people! However, I think some of the shots really start to show the liveliness and imaginative potential of the scene.

LEGO Friends Bowling Alley polybag review! 30399
My final review from the Amusement Park subtheme of Friends covers the smallest set, a free promotional polybag.

LEGO Friends Amusement Park Arcade review! 41127
Just one tiny polybag to go before I'm done with yet another entire theme's worth of sets. Hooray for forward momentum!

LEGO Friends Amusement Park Roller Coaster review! 41130
Yes! Got through the big flagship set of yet another theme! One more such big set to go (Elves) and my queue will be down to only smaller things. Smaller things are good, because they leave bigger chunks of time to work on MOCs :D
