    with the free space in the old fire department block, could you not build some shady blocks close to the industrial area, where the bad guys hangout ?

    it would be good just to add some moc trees to fit in to make it a bit realistic (all though it isn't really). as another person said maybe try to add a dark area were criminals/bad guys hang out to create mischief. maybe you could put those space police to work like maybe build some alien crafts and sort of pose them fighting.
