As I started working on one of the plazas next to my mall in its new location, I found myself needing people. Lots of people. I started out assembling 20, remembering the last time I tried adding just 10 to my city and barely noticed them at all. Feeling the momentum, I pushed for 50, but ended up near 60. Seeking a more round number, I targeted 75 before finally giving in to the tantalizing appeal of the double zeros. Hopefully this is enough to have a visible impact.
