My collection of old bright silver "
Hose, flexible ribbed with 8mm Ends, 19L" has been living in a drawer of all manner of hoses & spiny things for about 4 years now. As more things have been added to the drawer, all of the contents have gotten shuffled around & tangled & tied together like spaghetti. Finally is is time to use the stuff, so to bring it back to usable shape, I took it to the kitchen, boiled it, then straightened each length with a dip & roll in an ice water tray. The end result? They're not
perfectly straight, but compared to the jumble I began with (sorry, no "before" photo), they're like new!
I'm going to try to use these in electrified fencing around my Planetary Defense Force base.
Neat idea! I'll have to try that!
