Filming of the mall video is underway...


Thus far I have been actively filming this thing for just shy of 5 hours.  I'm at my computer now simply to offload a memory card full of 221 individual clips of footage so I can capture some more.  The good news is that I started from the outside and then the top, and I'm now approaching the last phase of filming the inside of the first floor!  I've done some pretty involved filming projects before, but this one is taking the complexity cake.

Update:  Six hours flat.  Six full hours of filming.  Three hundred and twenty-four individual video clips.  One mall.  One intense editing session (or two or three) to kick off after I take a much-needed break.

    Jang, just want to let you know you've done a great job keeping everyone updated with great pics. You're easily the best LEGO "guy" out there. Great job on the mall and can't wait to see the final video!

    Great job Jang!! That is the most impressive lego mall I have ever seen! You do deserve the a much-needed break (about 10 hours should do)
    This has enspired me and also has made me save your website so that every time I wake up I chech your website for any new updates like reviews hauls or mocs.

    My daughter says that waiting for this video is like waiting for "an actual mall" to be built.
