Ouch, said the wallet

This evening I spent about, oh, $1,100 US on vintage LEGO sets on eBay & Bricklink; mostly classic space, some town stuff.  There are some definite keepers in there. Anyone care to put up some specific set guesses?

  1. Hey jang what is your proffesion, because to be able to spend 1000 plus dollars on lego, is just astonishing to me. If you don't want to answer that its fine, I can understand why you wouldn't want to answer that question.

  5. Blacktron I or Forestmen sets would be great, but I know your vintage favorites are from your childhood like the most of LEGO fans' favorites.

  7. I really enjoyed set 6883 as a kid. I'm watching your site and youtube channel almost every day hoping for a review of that set. My guess is that set would be amongst your huge haul.
    Keep up the good work!

  9. How about set 6980, Galaxy Commander? Definitely a lack of YT coverage on that one.

  10. How about those My Own Train sets from long ago? Those sets are what got me started on LEGO. I got my first from a small train store when I was young.
